- Retention: Recordings and voicemails are retained as needed for quality assurance, customer support (e.g., until appointment completion), or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
- Access: Limited to authorized staff. Request access, correction, or deletion (see Section 7).
4. Website Cookies and Analytics
